Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated March 3, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 10-007424-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and FRANK RISTEYNFRANK RISTEYN, JR., et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 1 AND 2, ERLE RENWICK SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of April, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
