NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-002502 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 30th day of March, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14 OF STONEBRIAR. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 51 THRU 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINEALLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
