NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 2nd day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-000756-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. RODRIGUEZ; CARLOS A. YEPES AKA CARLOS YEPES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; KUSTOM US, INC; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 415, ARBOR RIDGE WEST - UNIT 8, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
