NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, IN REM, dated January 13, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008983-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 14th day of April, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, IN BLOCK 31 OF CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 4, F/K/A ROCKET CITY UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, AT PAGE 74 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
