NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-000321-O in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2003RZ5 was the Plaintiff and JULIAN D. ELLIBY, ET AL., the Defendant, that the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on the 9th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 80, BLOCK, HUCKLEBERRY FIELDS TRACTS N-9 & N-10, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 98-99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER, WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENT AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
