NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001452-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, is Plaintiff, and TODD M. MCGILL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 74, DANIELS CROSSING, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 23, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
