NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008869-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein MANDEEP NARULA, et al., is the Plaintiff, and IULIU E. ONACA, et al., are the Defendant(s). Eddie Fernandez as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on May 14, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1221, Building 12, WALDEN PALMS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8444, Page 2553, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
