NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 3, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 48-2011-CA-016235-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-51, is the Plaintiff and JENNY H. NOEL A/K/A JENNY HEDOUVILLE NOEL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNY H. NOEL A/K/A JENNY HEDOUVILLE NOEL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FORREST PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 4/15/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
