NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 10, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-035273 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and MARY BETH O'DONNELL; THE COACH HOMES AT MARINERS' VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 4/14/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 2505, BUILDING 25, COACH HOMES AT MARINERS VILLAGE A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3777, PAGE 1210, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
