NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-005537-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JAMES L. THOMAS A/K/A JAMES LYNN THOMAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 12-C, of COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS OF RIO PINAR, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3353, page 612, and any amendments filed thereto, and Condominium Plat Book 7, pages 138 and 139, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
