NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
ORLANDO VACATION SUITES II
On April 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., GREENSPOON MARDER, P.A., 201 E. Pine Street, Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32801, as Trustee pursuant to that Appointment of Trustee recorded on January 15, 2015, in O.R. Book 10862, at Page 4464, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), whose address is (See Exhibit “A”), in the payment or performance of the obligations secured by said Claim of Lien recorded in O.R. Book 10862, at Page 4241, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, including the breach or default, notice of which was set forth in a Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose provided to the last known address of Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), by Certified/Registered Mail or by publication by the undersigned Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for lawful money of the United States of America, in the lobby of Suite 500, of Capital Plaza Building 1, 201 E. Pine Street, Orlando, Fl 32801, all right, title and interest in the property situated in the County of Orange, Florida, described as: Assigned Unit Week No. (See Exhibit “A”) in Assigned Unit No. (See Exhibit “A”) of ORLANDO VACATION SUITES II, a condominium, with every (See Exhibit “A”) occupancy rights, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 5196, Page 0632 in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, and any amendments thereof (the “Declaration”); Together with a remainder over upon termination of the vacation ownership plan as tenant in common with other purchasers of Units Weeks in such Unit, in the percentage interest determined and established by Exhibit “D” to the Declaration of Condominium to have and to hold the same in fee simple forever. 6924 Grand Vacations Way, Orlando, FL 32821 (herein “Time Share Plan (Property) Address”) Said sale will be made (without covenants, or warranty, express or implied, regarding the title, possession or encumbrances) to pay the unpaid assessments due in the amount of (See Exhibit “A”), with interest accruing at the rate of (See Exhibit “A”) per day, pursuant to the Timeshare Plan, advances, if any, under the terms of said Claim of Lien, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Claim of Lien.
