NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2015, entered in Case No. 12002995CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Pamala A. Ferguson a/k/a Pamala Ferguson; Unknown Spouse of Pamala A. Ferguson a/k/a Pamala Ferguson; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the April 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1102, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION TWENTY TWO, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 13A THRU 13C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
