TOGETHER WITH an undivided 0.744% share of the common property allocated to said Unit, as more specifically set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Landings at Coral Creek as recorded in Official Records Book 3052, Pages 299 through 435, Public records of Charlotte County, Florida

AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
You are HEREBY notified that an action to foreclose lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before APRIL 17, 2015; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
