Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 20TH day of APRIL, 2015, that certain parcel of real property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 2924, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 49, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 5, Page 63A through 63E, in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
