NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-001920 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and George F. Bartlett, III aka George F. Bartlett, Unknown Party #2 NKA Mr. Bontjes, Unknown Party #1 NKA Wanda J. Bontjes, South Gulf Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 13 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 24, BLOCK 4239, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION FIFTY-EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 72A THROUGH 72J, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
