NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 9, 2015 in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit 12202, OLE' AT LELY RESORT, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4270, Page 615, and subsequent amendments thereto, in the public records of Collier County, Florida.
for cash, In Person at Collier County Courthouse Annex Building, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 am on April 8, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
