NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-000356 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 8 day of April, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 50, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGES 15 AND 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY , FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
