NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 7, 2015 and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-003269-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and RAMON RANGEL A/K/A R. RANGEL A/K/A RAMON A. RANGEL; LUDIVINA RANGEL A/K/A LUDIVINIA M. RANGEL A/K/A LUDIVINIA MARLENE RANGEL; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 8 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 98, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 85, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
