NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012CA0043830001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, Fsb, is the Plaintiff and Ann Wallace, All Other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under, and Against a Named Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Same Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, Unknown Tenant #2 N/K/A Heather Thompson, Longshore Lake Foundation, Inc., Shadow Ridge Properties LLC, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Tim Thompson, Unknown Spouse Of Ann R. Wallace, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 39, BLOCK J, LONGSHORE LAKE UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 19-21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
