NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-001886 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 9 day of April, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 5106, Botanical Place, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3933, Page 2592, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Together with the exclusive use of Garage No. G5-9.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
