NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, Case No: 2012-CA-003053, in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE FDIC 2013-N1 ASSET TRUST, is Plaintiff, and Stuart M. Wallace, Charles Schwab Bank, National Association, Longshore Lake Foundation, Inc., State of Florida Department of Revenue, Unknown Spouse of Stuart M. Wallace, Lori S. Wallace and Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property, are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will be publish this Notice of Sale in the Business Observer and will sell the following described property, situated in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, LONGSHORE LAKE - UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 83 THROUGH 85, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00AM on the 9 day of April, 2015, the sales are held in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
