TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE: You are hereby notified that an Order of Ancillary Summary Administration has been entered in the Estate of MARY ANN BOORD, a/k/a MARY ANN THOMAS BOORD, deceased, Case No. 2015-CP-70-0001, by the Circuit Court for COLLIER County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is: Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 33412-5324. Decedent died August 16, 2014. The total value of the estate is approximately $5,000.00 . The asset was assigned by such order to: Peter Thomas Elia, 134 Shadmore Drive, Rochester, NY 14626 and Francis Paul Elia, 2746 Mill Street, New Woodstock, NY 13122. The name and addresses ofthe Co-Petitioners and their attorney are as set forth below.
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate, other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.102, F.S. OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
