NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9 day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000072, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and ELYSE ALCE COLLIER COUNTY FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF ATLANTA, A FEDERAL CORPORATION JUBILATION COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC JUBILATION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC MARYSE AUGUSTIN; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) A/K/A NADEGE ALCE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 9 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, JUBILATION SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 4 THROUGH 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
