NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 24 February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004239 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Copperstone Master Association, Inc., Copperstone Townhome Homeowners Association, Inc., Megan Hartz, Michael Hartz, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
