NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA006976AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, F.A., is the Plaintiff and William B. Jarema, Laurie K. Jarema, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 45, ILEXHURST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
