NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 24, HEATHERWOOD CONDOMINIUM Phase 1, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1094, Page 1229, and as per Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Book 17, pages 34-37, together with amendments recorded in Official Records Book 1138, page 2878 and Official Records Book 1175, page 2807, all of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on April 28, 2015 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
