NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011 CC 003639 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 8, WEDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 3, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 7, 2015.
