NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA003403AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FFH2, is Plaintiff and Ivan Diaz, et al., are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
SOUTH 17 1/2 FT OF LOT 30, ALL OF LOT 31, GREEN ACRES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
