Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2013CA001428AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE SARM 2006-7 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff, and DAVID PROVOST, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 50, BLOCK A, CYPRESS CREEK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
