Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2013CA000936AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., A SUBSIDIARY OF NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA is the Plaintiff, and JAVIER BRACHO A/K/A JAVIER R. BRACHO, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 117, PRESERVE AT PANTHER RIDGE, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 127 THROUGH 146 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
