KILBOY A/K/A CECILIA KILBOY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CORDOVA VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KEVIN CLARK CONSTRUCTION INC.; ROBERT ANTON WEBER; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
