NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052733, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-BC5, is Plaintiff and JAMES E. PENNING; JOAN NAN PENNING A/K/A JOAN N. PENNING; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 2, UNIT 12, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
