Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 13, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 7, SUNSET KEY II LAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 76 AND AS AMENDED AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3247, PAGE 618, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
