NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-051345, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5 is Plaintiff and DANIEL SIMON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL SIMON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR WILMINGTON FINANCE, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 13 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 42 AND 43, BLOCK 945, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 TO 148, INCLUSIVE, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
