RUBENZER; GLORIA HORRIGAN A/K/A GLORIA J. HORRIGAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; SUNSET POINTE AT FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B,BULIDING 12640, IN SUNSET POINTE AT FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERK' S FILE NUMBER 2005000130418 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY,FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
