Singer, Spanish Gate Village Association Inc, Timber Oaks Community Services Association, Inc, United States Of America Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
