NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 09, 2013, and an order rescheduling sale dated, February 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-3966-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-NC1, is Plaintiff, and Antonio Gomes, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1085, unrecorded plat of Lake Padgett Estates East, Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows: Begin 9.49 feet South and 923.19 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northeast ¼ of the Section 17. Township 26 South Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida; run South 04°27'57” East, 112.79 feet; thence South 81°05'21” West, 101.33 feet; thence North 00°35'20” East 129.08 feet; thence South 89°24'40” East, 90.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Property Address: 23635 Shining Star Drive, Land O Lakes, FL 34639
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
