NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2014, and an order rescheduling sale dated, February 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-011059-CAAX-WSof the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICA HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff, and Christopher Yack, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 2, FLOR-A-MAR SUBDIVISION, SECTION 16-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 110 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
