NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and an order and rescheduling sale dated, February 19, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000145-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6, is Plaintiff, and David L. Curtis, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 187, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AS PER PLAT OF THE TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 5101 5TH STREET, ZEPHYRHILLS, FL 33542
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
