Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and located in Pasco County, Florida, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of April, 2015.
EXHIBIT “A”
SECURED PROPERTY
All of Mortgagor's1 right, title and interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to each of the following (collectively, the “Property”): (i) all those certain tracts of land in the County of Pasco, State of Florida, described in Exhibit “A-1” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Land”); (ii) all buildings and improvements now or hereafter erected on the Land; (iii) all fixtures attached to the Land or any buildings or improvements situated thereon; and (iv) all estates, rights, tenements, hereditaments, privileges, rents, issues,
profits easements, and appurtenances of any kind benefiting the land; all means of access to and from the Land, whether public or private; and all water and mineral rights.
TOGETHER WITH a security interest in each and all of the following and all proceeds and products of any of the following: (a) all machinery, equipment and furniture of Debtor,2 wherever located; (b) all accounts, chattel paper, documents, instruments, contract rights and general intangibles and the proceeds thereof, of the Debtor, whether now owned or hereafter
acquired; (c) all inventory of Debtor; (d) to the extent not encumbered above, all of the right, title and interest of the Debtor, whether now owned or hereinafter acquired, in and to the goods or other property represented by or securing the accounts, chattel paper, documents, contract rights and instruments; (e) all rights of the Debtor as an unpaid lienor, including stoppage in transit, replevin and reclamation; (f) all monies, balances, credits, deposits, collections, drafts, bills, notes, securities, and other property of every kind and nature (whether tangible or intangible) now owned or hereafter acquired by the Debtor; (g) all assets of Debtor now owned or hereafter acquired and wheresoever located, including, but not limited to, all Fixtures, Accounts, Goods, Chattel Paper, Deposit Accounts, General Intangibles, Software, Inventory, Equipment, Machinery (as such terms are defined in the UCC), all accessions, additions, replacements, enhancements, modifications and revisions, tangible or intangible, thereof, and all proceeds and products of all of the above, including but not limited to, all proceeds of credit, fire or other insurance (collectively, the “Collateral”) (the Property and Collateral, collectively, the “Secured Property”).
