LOT 1076, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES UNIT 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
