NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 18, 2015, in Case No. 2012-CA-004945-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Regions Bank D/B/A Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Thomas Milashouskas a/k/a Thomas R. Milashouskas, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 20th day of April, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit C, Buildin No. 43, Wedgewood Condominiums of Beacon Woods Village 8-A, Phase 4, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto as recorded in O.R. Book 776, Page(s) 1674 through 1764, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page(s) 138 through 141, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
