NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003307WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank NA successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Fairway Springs Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 NKA Lesley Oca, Unknown Party #2 NKA Jonathan Reeser, Yvonne Nally, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 191, OF FAIRWAY SPRINGS, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 3 THROUGH 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
