NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006397-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Indenture Trustee for Castel Peak 2012-1 Loan Trust Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2012-1 is the Plaintiff and Zoraida Gongora; Greg C. Cowan a/k/a Greg Cowan; Homeowners Association at Suncoast Lakes, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Greg C. Cowan a/k/a Greg Cowan; Unknown Spouse of Zoraida Gongora; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 15, SUNCOAST LAKES PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 74-87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
