NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-001830-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and BALBINA A. YOUNG, LAWRENCE E. YOUNG, SR., THE GROVES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD), THE GROVES GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of April, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 36, Block H, Groves-Phase II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page(s) 23 through 35, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
