Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on March 11, 2015, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, such sale to be held online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 30, 2015.

The above described parcel being known as Lot 2, NEUKOM SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Official Record Book 3815, Pages 713 through 738, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
