YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Pasco, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Parcel 353, Timber Lake Estates, a Condominium, Phase III and the undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Timber Lake Estates, A Condominium, Phase III, as recorded in Official Records Book 1369, Pages 484 through 537, and amended in O.R. Book 1372, Pages 598 through 602, and thereby supplemented by O.R. Book 1468, Page 133, and thereby amended in O.R. Book 1468, Page 141, and O.R. Book 1528, Page 481, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 99 through 101, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and all future amendments and/or supplements thereto. Together with that certain 1998 48 x 24, Winnebago Mobile Home, Vin #8D611411KA and Vin #8D611411KB.1

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
