NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-011819 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and PRISCILLA TORRES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 9-117, Culbreath Key Bayside Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14118, Page 1940, all attachments and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements as stated in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to the Condominium Unit. the street address of which is: 5000 Culbreath Key Way #9-117 Tampa, Fl 33611
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
