NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-003612, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL PETTY A/K/A SAM PETTY A/K/A SAMUEL H. PETTY A/K/A EDWARDS PACKAGING; CHASE MANHATTAN BANK USA, N.A.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL PETTY A/K/A SAM PETTY A/K/A SAMUEL H. PETTY A/K/A EDWARDS PACKAGING and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Begin at the Southeast Corner of the SW 1/4 (bolt in road) of Section 22, Township 27 South, Range 17 East; Hillsborough County, Florida; Thence N 00Ëš 11' 00" W on the East boundary of stated S.W. 1/4 a distance of 1133.3 ft. to a concrete monument; thence N 89Ëš 55' 00" W a distance 769.75 ft; thence S 31Ëš 04' 00" W a distance of 17.5 ft. to a point of intersection with the South boundary of a 15 ft. ingress and egress easement and Point of Beginning of tract being described; thence S 89Ëš 55' 00" E along stated South boundary of easement distance of 93.30 ft. thence S 31Ëš 04' 00" W a distance of 312.39 ft. to a witness corner 11 ft. more or less Northeast of the present shoreline of Lake Rainbow; thence continue S 31Ëš 04' 00" W into Lake Rainbow a distance of 186.47 ft. (caculated); thence N 89Ëš 55' 00" W a distance of 93.30 ft. (calculated; thence N 31Ëš 04' 00" E a distance of 213.14 ft. (calculated) to a witness corner 6 ft. more or less Northeast of the present shoreline of Lake Rainbow; thence continue N 31Ëš 04' 00" E a distance of 285.72 ft. to Point of Beginning.
Ingress and Egress Description: Begin at the Southeast Corner of the SW 1/4 (bolt in road) of Section 22, Township 27 South, Range 17 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; thence N. 00Ëš 11' 00" W on the East boundary of stated S.W. 1/4 a distance of 1133.3 ft. to a concrete monument; thence N 89Ëš 55' 00" W a distance of 498.72 ft. to a point of intersection with the West Right-of-way boundary of Crawley Road and Point of Beginning; thence continue N 89Ëš 55' 00" W a distance of 271.03 ft.; thence S 31Ëš 04' 00" W a distance of 17.5 ft.; thence S 89Ëš 55' 00" E a distance of 294.75 ft. to a point of intersection with the Right-of-way boundary of Crawley Road thence N 44Ëš 22' 00" W along West right-of-way boundary a distance of 21.01 ft. to Point of Beginning.
