NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-018341 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, Na, is the Plaintiff and Centralia Coney, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A A Paul Estelle Mckensey, Patio Homes Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant(s), Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BOOK 3665, PAGE 1815 AND FURTHER AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4044, PAGE 1568 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
